Building a booking-first platform that resolves a voice coach's two overlapping identities
Erwin had strong experience as both a voice coach and a voiceover artist, and no structured online presence that turned that experience into visible, actionable credibility. His work sat scattered across whatever channels existed, nothing signaled "coach" clearly to someone deciding whether to book him, and there was no next step once someone found him -- no path from interested to booked.
What started as a portfolio site turned into resolving two competing identities on one platform. I structured everything around a single hierarchy of intent -- coaching first, voiceover work as supporting proof, booking always one step away -- then built the site myself: a native discovery-call flow with waitlist logic, a podcast platform, and a full content-and-booking admin dashboard, so Erwin can run and grow the whole thing without needing a developer for day-to-day changes.

Designed and built solo, freelance, working directly with Erwin from March to July 2026, with no existing platform, content structure, or established user journey to start from.
Where it stands
Live and shipped -- a full site with a self-service admin dashboard covering content, bookings, podcasts, portfolio and blog, so Erwin can run and grow it without needing a developer for day-to-day changes.
